MK cold-formed SS pipe fittings are available under dimensional standards B 16.9, B 16.25, & BS 16.40, DIN 17440, MSS SP43 and others including ASTM, ASME, DIN, JIS, BIS, and SMS. These fittings match all the demands prescribed in these widely accepted standards all over India and abroad.

INSPECTION
MK cold-formed stainless steel pipe fittings are made as per the customers total need and are given to the third party inspection groups such as LRIS, EIL, Bureau Veritas, DIN, DAE, BAX Council, H & G, Power gas, UH DE etc. The products are delivered to any client only when the above third party inspection groups express their entire satisfaction.

MATERIALS USED, HANDLED MK cold-formed pipe fittings are made from stainless steel of all grades, AUSTINITIC / MARTENSITIC / FERRITIC / MS / CS Aluminium of various grades lxxx to 7xxx, Titanium and Titanium Alloys, Copper, Nickel and Nickel alloys, Inconel alloys of various grades, Hastalloys etc.

SIZES OFFERED
All varieties of pipe fittings Elbows (SR & LR) Bends ( R--:1D to 20D & above ), Tees, Reducers, Stub ends, Caps are offered in sizes 1/8" ( 3mm ) upto 20" ( 500mm ), NB pipes, Seamless / Welded, thickness 1 mm (schedule 5) upto 25 mm ( Schedule 160 ).

SPECIALITIES
Apart from the above, MK also offers pipe-tube bending of any radius and thickness in metals referred above. Heat exchanger U tube bendings according to TEMA. Pipe and tube Coils as per the customers' size and specification. Press-parts and piping assemblies as per drawings using precision, dimensional and qualitative accuracy conforming to respective standards.
